An exploitation focused on performance
With 25 hectares of green asparagus and 50 hectares of white asparagus, the farm of Stefan Blümel faces, like many producers, increasing challenges: availability of labor, cost control, maintenance of harvest quality and securing yields.
It is precisely for all these reasons that he wanted to test the AsperCut for his crops on his farm.
A field-tested solution
The AsperCut once again demonstrated its ability to adapt to a changing environment with highly variable climatic conditions. After an early stay marked by high temperatures and sustained growth of the asparagus, wind and rain quickly settled in. Despite these climatic hazards, the machine continued its work by maintaining a regular and qualitative harvest.
An automatic harvest from the field to cropping
Stefan Blümel was able to understand the detection, cutting and crating performance of asparagus for the harvest of green asparagus and the harvest of white asparagus. The measured rates confirm the competitiveness of AsperCut and its selling price.
This location allowed Stefan Blümel to become familiar with the AsperCut and to plan its integration into the organization of its operations.
Much more than a trial: a trustworthy partnership
This time spent with Stefan Blümel has made it possible to build a strong relationship based on listening, closeness and trust. This collaboration illustrates our approach: working closely with producers to provide effective solutions adapted to the realities of their operations.
At the end of this experience, Stefan Blümel confirmed his interest in AsperCut and has already expressed his willingness to meet again with us in 2027. A new step that confirms the trust placed in our teams and our vision of tomorrow’s agriculture.
While waiting for this next meeting, the SYLEKTIS teams are continuing their season and will go to the Marne in mid-June for the last asparagus harvests of the year.
